The REX Project was a records and information system implementation for Energy Australia in NSW. I Spy Design was part of the change management team and created a project brand and a variety of communication and training assets.
The project had previously failed due to poor user adoption rate of the HP TRIM system. A well planned and executed change management strategy (Change Factory) and training program (Linked Training) helped initiate and sustain a successful implementation. I Spy Design designed:
- Logo and brand guidelines
- Brochure, User Guides, posters
- PowerPoint and Word templates
- Intranet banners, newsletter banners
