I worked with Change Factory on projects that involved change management consulting and training.
One of these was for Vital – a petroleum storage and distribution organisation in the Federated States of Micronesia. The work involved being part of a team to train and develop operational capability and personal leadership.
This included:
- Documenting processes and procedures onsite at the Pohnpei storage facility
- Creating training materials, assessments, learning games, manuals and posters
- Developing a project brand and associated graphics
