BusyBnB is a small family based business that helps property owners with management of short-term rental properties. As a start up venture BusyBnB required a website and branding to market positioning. The audiences were real estate agencies looking to partner with airbnb property management specialists, and property investors with apartments, townhouses, or rental properties in tourist hotspots.
Airbnb management can be time consuming and complex, so the brand promise was around creating trusted client relationships and high quality care for properties.
I Spy Design created the business naming and logo design, provided copywriting and designed marketing materials to assist sales meetings with prospective clients. We also trained the clients to edit the website.
